How well do you know Roald Dahl?
Roald Dahl was a big believer in reading for fun, just like us! 13th September is Roald Dahl Day and to celebrate, we're testing your knowledge of this beloved children's author with a quiz written by Matthew Dennison, author of Teller of the Unexpected: The Life of Roald Dahl, An Unofficial Biography.
"Roald Dahl, who died in 1990, is one of the best-loved authors of all time. Across the globe, more than 250 million copies of his books have been sold. As well as being a wonderful storyteller, Roald had an exciting wartime career, including as a spy. For much of his life, he lived in the same house in Buckinghamshire, in a garden full of blue and green budgerigars where, in his famous writing hut, in a specially adapted chair, Roald wrote by hand, using yellow pencils imported from the United States."
