If you’re a lucky winner, we’ll email to let you know. Our competition terms usually state that if a winner doesn’t respond within 14 days, we’ll pick a new one – so keep an eye on your inbox! If the competition end date has passed by more than a month and you haven’t received an email from us, you’ve probably not been successful this time. The good news is we have new competitions all the time, so keep an eye out for news of our latest either by email or by checking our site.
A list of winners for each competition is available upon request.
If you've received an email from us to say you've won a competition, congratulations! You can either reply directly to that email (which will be from a @booktokens.co.uk address) or contact us using the below online form to send your details. We'll send your prize out as soon as possible.
No, you can enter all of our competitions without opting in to our emails. This won't affect your chance of winning, or stop us contacting you if you do.
However, if you want to be the first to hear about all our latest competitions, reading recommendations, quizzes and more, you may want to be on our mailing list! You can sign up easily online, or if you've already entered competitions on our site, create an account (go to 'Log in' and then 'Forgot / create password') to change your communication preferences.

All bookshop event and offer listings on our bookshop map are added by the individual bookshop and correct when added to the website. However, on occasion, events and offers can be amended or cancelled without notice.
If you have any queries about an event or offer, please contact the bookshop using the telephone number or other contact details listed on their bookshop profile.
When you search for your nearest bookshops, you'll also be able to view any events or offers they have coming up. To get the latest updates from local bookshops delivered straight to your inbox, just sign up for our emails (or, if you're already subscribed, use the links at the bottom of any of our emails to change your communication preferences).
If you create an online account, you'll also see the latest bookshop updates in your account. You can also edit or add your locations in your profile to make sure you're hearing from bookshops in your area.
